During the Congress, there will be a Registration Desk within the SMX Convention Center for on-site registrations and for helping the participants in the issues related to their registration.
The operating hours of the registration desk will be announced.

Registration fees for Dentist (APDF Member Countries), Dentist (Non - APDF Member Countries), Dental Hygienists & Technicians & Therapists, Assistants / Office Employees / Students/ Nurses, Industrial Representatives include: Entry to all Meeting sessions, entrance to the exhibition area and poster sessions, mini program, congress bag, Social Events except GALA NIGHT (by invitation) $100.00.

Registration fee for Accompanying Person includes: ID Badge, Trade Exhibition Pass, and Opening Ceremony

Registration confirmation letter will be e-mailed within one week of receipt of the total registration fee.

Cancellation Policy
Your registration will be confirmed by e-mail, once the Congress Secretariat receives your full payment.

-Cancellations received before and on February 16, 2018; Full refund less $50 handling fee
-Cancellations received between February 17 – March 16, 2018; Registration fee will be 50% refundable
-On and After March 2018: Non-refundable

All cancellations must be e-mailed to the Congress Secretariat Mrs. Pınar Çobanoğlu pcobanoglu@kenes.com.
Refund of the registration fee will be as follows:
In case of cancellation at any stage, Bank transfer admission fee (30 USD) will not be refunded - applicable to Bank transfer payment only.

Notification of changes in the reservation and/or cancellations must be done in writing to the Congress Secretariat, Kenes M+, Mrs. Pınar Çobanoğlu pcobanoglu@kenes.com.

The official currency of the Congress is US Dollar.

Holders of Visa / Eurocard / Mastercard may use their cards for charging all costs. Please indicate card number, expiry date and security code on the registration form. Please note that daily exchange rates will be applied and slight differences in the total charged amount may arise due to fluctuations in the daily exchange rates.
